Online Booking – Terms & Conditions

• Process: Includes selection, offer confirmation, and payment.

• Booking Details: Minimum rental period is 1 day, with bookings accepted up to 24 months in advance.

• Payment Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, and other accepted methods. A deposit is required and will be refunded within 30 days after vehicle return.

• Reservation Guarantee: Includes a one-hour guaranteed period and alternatives in case the selected vehicle is unavailable.

Other General Terms

• Tourists must convert their foreign license to a UAE license upon obtaining residency.

• Driving under the influence will result in full liability for damages.

• Only registered drivers on the contract may operate the vehicle.

• Tinting windows or adding stickers is prohibited and subject to fines.
